Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every single Pixie Quilt product ships free in the USA.
How long will it take to process my ready-made order?
Your order will be packaged in 1-2 days then shipped with USPO priority mail which delivers 1-3 business days in the USA (6-10 days international). So expect to see your ready-made products in 2-5 business days.
How long will it take to process my personalized order?
Depending on my backlog, personalization could take up to 2 weeks before you receive it. I'll do my best to get it done quickly and will keep you informed via email of my progress.
Can I choose my own fabric?
When I'm designing a new collection, I carefully choose the finest premium fabrics (patterns, colors, style) and purchase in bulk for that particular collection. So, no, I don't make special purchases of fabrics for custom orders; however, I am more than happy to accommodate you if you have a color combination request like say a green chenille trim on the pillowcase instead of a blue trim.
Can you add my child's name to the quilt?
Yes, if the listing is for a ready-made quilt, I can add up to 8 letters with invisible thread and contrasting outlined zigzag for a $ 20 upcharge. Some listings already include the name in the retail price.
What materials do you use?
Every Pixie Quilt product is sourced from the finest, premium materials. My cottons are sourced from certified mills, free of harmful chemicals, and are safe for baby use.Refer to Product Care for more info.
Do you outsource any of your production?
No. Everything is made here by my own hands in the USA. If I ever have the privilege of scaling my handmade baby lifestyle business, I'll tap my quilting friends for help. :-)
What are the laundry care instructions?
Generally, quilts, blankets, & bibs get a cold water wash with a gentle baby detergent. Tumble dry low. Spot clean all other products. Refer to Product Care for more detailed instructions.
My all-cotton quilts are meant to be loved, so the more you wash it, the softer it will get. 💕
Do you accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations?
Yes, with two exceptions. I cannot accept returns or exchanges of personalized products or items that were on sale. All ready-made and regular priced products are returnable. You are responsible for any loss in value if the item is not in the same condition as when you bought it.
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with your request. Ship the items back (at your cost) within 7 days of delivery. Email cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase.
